Instructions for subscribing to our calendar using Google Calendar

1. Open your Google Calendar.
2. Click the plus sign next to "Other Calendars" then click "From URL".
3. Paste the URL above into the "URL of Calendar" field and click "Add Calendar".

Instructions for subscribing to our calendar using Windows Machines and Outlook

1. Open Microsoft Outlook on your device, and click “Calendar” to open the calendar view.
2. In the ribbon, click "Open Calendar", and then click "From Internet".
3. When prompted to provide a URL for the internet calendar, paste the URL above into that field and click “OK”.
4. If prompted, confirm that you wish your device to be synchronized with the remote calendar.

Unsubscribe from our calendar using Windows Machines and Outlook

1. Open Microsoft Outlook on your device, and click “Calendar” to open the calendar view.
2. Under “My Calendars” in the left hand navigation pane, find the Local 700 calendar and right click on it.
3. Select “Delete Calendar”.
4. Click “Yes” at the prompt.

Instructions for subscribing to our calendar using Apple Machines

1. Choose File > New Calendar Subscription.
2. Enter the URL above, then click Subscribe.
3. Enter a name for the calendar in the Name field, then click the adjacent pop-up menu and choose a color.
4. Click the Location pop-up menu, then choose an account for the subscription.
• If you choose your iCloud account, the calendar is available on all your computers and devices that are set up with iCloud.
• If you choose On My Mac, the calendar is saved on your computer.
 5. To get the calendar’s event attachments or alerts, deselect the appropriate Remove checkboxes.
6. Click the Auto-refresh pop-up menu, then choose how often to update the calendar.
7. To prevent alerts from appearing for this calendar, select Ignore alerts.
8. Click OK.

Control-click the calendar in the calendar list, then choose Unsubscribe.
