LET'S GET COOKING!

Join us for a fun evening cooking along with professional Chef Garrison and a wine pairing lesson.  Once you have signed up for the zoom class we will send you a list of ingredients and tools you will need to have on hand.  Chef Garrison will answer cooking questions and demonstrate techniques.  The dishes that will be prepared are:

Kale Salad with Pecorino and Almonds

Handmade Pappardelle Pasta with Roasted Garlic Tomato Sause
